A dry processing system is a system of essentials machines for the coffee dry processing method to extract the desirable coffee beans from freshly harvested coffee cherries.

In dry processing system, the cherries are carefully dried using precisely controlled temperature, airflow, and humidity levels. This allows the outer skin and pulp to be removed while preserving the inner coffee beans.
