CONTINUOUS STEAM CLEANING SYSTEM
The continuous steam cleaning machine is used to preliminary clean and sterilize a part of the bacteria in the pepper’s outer shell. The purpose is to eliminate harmful microorganisms, especially salmonella. In the absorbing hot steam cleaning system, the pepper is conveyed through the water extraction drum before going through the drying system.
